VIDOPRA DSR is a combination medication used to treat gastrointestinal conditions associated with excessive acid production and impaired gastric motility. It contains:

• Pantoprazole (40 mg): A proton pump inhibitor (PPI) that reduces the production of stomach acid by blocking the H+/K+ ATPase enzyme system in the gastric parietal cells.

• Domperidone (30 mg SR): A prokinetic and antiemetic that enhances gastrointestinal motility and prevents nausea, bloating, and vomiting by blocking dopamine receptors in the gut and brain.

Together, they offer dual action relief—reducing acidity and promoting faster gastric emptying.

Most side effects are mild and transient. Common side effects may include:
