RAZOLVEN DSR is a combination medication used to treat gastrointestinal conditions associated with excessive stomach acid and delayed gastric emptying. It contains:

• Rabeprazole Sodium (20 mg): A Proton Pump Inhibitor (PPI) that reduces the amount of acid produced in the stomach.

• Domperidone (30 mg SR): A prokinetic agent that enhances gastrointestinal motility and relieves nausea, vomiting, and bloating.

This dual-action formula provides fast and sustained relief from acidity, heartburn, indigestion, and symptoms of gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD).

Most side effects are mild and temporary. Common side effects may include:

• Irregular heartbeat (linked to Domperidone, especially in high doses)
