RAZOLVEN DSR is a combination medication used to treat gastrointestinal conditions associated with excessive stomach acid and delayed gastric emptying. It contains:
Rabeprazole Sodium (20 mg): A Proton Pump Inhibitor (PPI) that reduces the amount of acid produced in the stomach.
Domperidone (30 mg SR): A prokinetic agent that enhances gastrointestinal motility and relieves nausea, vomiting, and bloating.
This dual-action formula provides fast and sustained relief from acidity, heartburn, indigestion, and symptoms of gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD).
SIDE EFFECTS
Most side effects are mild and temporary. Common side effects may include:
Headache
Diarrhea or constipation
Abdominal pain
Dizziness
Dry mouth
Nausea
Less common but serious side effects:
Irregular heartbeat (linked to Domperidone, especially in high doses)
Low magnesium levels (cramps, fatigue, tremors)
Hormonal changes (e.g., breast tenderness or galactorrhea)
Allergic reactions (rash, swelling, difficulty breathing)
INDICATION
RAZOLVEN DSR is indicated for:
Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease (GERD)
Acid reflux and heartburn

Functional dyspepsia
Nausea and vomiting associated with acid disorders
Indigestion with bloating or discomfort
Prevention of gastric side effects from long-term NSAID use
IMPORTANT NOTICE
Take RAZOLVEN DSR once daily, preferably 30 minutes before breakfast.
Swallow the capsule whole—do not chew or crush.
Consult your doctor if you have liver, kidney, or heart conditions, or a history of QT interval prolongation.
Not recommended for long-term use without medical supervision.
Use with caution in pregnancy or breastfeeding—only if advised by a doctor.
Avoid alcohol and spicy or heavy meals for best results.
