PYROVID 650 contains Paracetamol (Acetaminophen) 650 mg, a widely used and trusted analgesic (pain reliever) and antipyretic (fever reducer). It works by blocking chemical messengers (prostaglandins) in the brain that cause pain and fever, providing fast and effective relief.

This higher-strength tablet is suitable for moderate pain and high fever, especially in conditions where quicker relief is needed.

Paracetamol is generally well tolerated when used as directed. However, in rare cases, the following may occur:

Common (usually mild):

• Nausea

• Stomach upset

• Skin rash (mild)

Rare but serious (seek immediate medical help):

• Allergic reactions (rash, itching/swelling, dizziness, trouble breathing)

• Liver damage (especially with overdose or prolonged use)

PYROVID 650 is indicated for the relief of:

• Fever (including viral fever, post-vaccination fever)

• Headache

• Toothache

• Muscular pain

• Backache

• Joint pain

• Menstrual cramps

• Post-surgical pain

• Cold and flu symptoms (for fever and body ache)

• Do not exceed the recommended dose (usually not more than 4 grams or 4000 mg per day for adults).

• Avoid alcohol while taking this medicine as it may increase the risk of liver damage.

• If you have liver disease, alcohol dependence, or are taking other medications containing paracetamol, consult your doctor before use.

• Pregnant or breastfeeding women should use this medicine only under medical advice.
