Pyrovid 250 Suspension contains Paracetamol 250 mg, a widely trusted and commonly used antipyretic and analgesic agent. Paracetamol is generally well-tolerated. However, rare side effects may include:

• Nausea or vomiting

• Allergic rash or itching

• Liver issues (with long-term or overdose use)

• Abdominal pain (very rare)
