KOFLEVEN COLD Suspension is a pediatric multi-action formulation designed to relieve symptoms of the common cold and upper respiratory tract infections. It combines:

• Phenylephrine HCl – A decongestant that shrinks swollen nasal passages to relieve congestion and stuffiness.

• Paracetamol – A safe and effective antipyretic and pain reliever to reduce fever and discomfort.

• Chlorpheniramine Maleate (CPM) – An antihistamine that reduces sneezing, runny nose, and watery eyes.

• Sodium Citrate – A mucolytic that helps in thinning and loosening mucus in the airways.

• Menthol – Provides a soothing cooling effect and eases breathing.

Together, these ingredients offer fast and complete relief from cold and flu-like symptoms in children.

Most side effects are mild and temporary, including:

• Drowsiness or sleepiness

• Upset stomach

• Dry mouth
