JASZONE-1 contains Ceftriaxone Sodium 1000 mg, a third-generation cephalosporin antibiotic with powerful bactericidal activity. It works by inhibiting bacterial cell wall synthesis, making it effective against a wide range of Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria.

It is ideal for treating moderate to severe bacterial infections and is administered intramuscularly (IM) or intravenously (IV) under medical supervision.

Common side effects may include:

• Pain or swelling at the injection site

• Diarrhea or loose stools

• Rash or skin irritation

• Nausea or vomiting

• Elevated liver enzymes (rare)

• Allergic reactions (rash, itching, swelling)

Seek immediate medical attention if you experience severe allergic reactions such as difficulty breathing, facial swelling, or anaphylaxis.

JASZONE-1 is indicated for the treatment of:

• Respiratory tract infections (e.g., pneumonia, bronchitis)

• Urinary tract infections (UTIs)

• Skin and soft tissue infections

• Bone and joint infections

• Intra-abdominal infections

• Meningitis

• Septicemia

• Gonorrhea

• Post-surgical infections and prophylaxis
