DICLEVEN Injection contains Diclofenac Sodium 75 mg, a fast-acting NSAID (Non-Steroidal Anti-Inflammatory Drug) formulated in an aqueous base for enhanced absorption and reduced irritation. It provides rapid relief from pain and inflammation associated with musculoskeletal disorders and post-operative recovery.

Administered via intramuscular injection, DICLEVEN is ideal for managing acute pain, especially when oral administration is not possible or effective.

Most side effects are mild and resolve on their own. Common side effects include:

• Injection site pain or swelling

• Nausea

• Headache

• Dizziness

• Heartburn or stomach discomfort

Less common but serious side effects may include:

• Gastric ulcer or bleeding

• Hypertension

• Kidney dysfunction

• Skin rash or allergic reaction

• Liver enzyme changes

Seek immediate medical attention if you experience chest pain, breathlessness, or signs of an allergic reaction (e.g., swelling, itching, rash).

DICLEVEN Injection is indicated for the treatment of:

• Acute musculoskeletal pain

• Post-operative pain

• Rheumatoid arthritis and osteoarthritis flare-ups

• Low back pain

• Traumatic injury-related inflammation

• Gout attacks

• Dysmenorrhea (menstrual pain)

• Use only under medical supervision.

• Avoid use in patients with gastric ulcers, bleeding disorders, kidney or liver impairment, or history of NSAID allergy.
